Keep your usual exercises ready
Save a list of exercises as a template and open it at the start of a session. Your plan appears in the chat, ready for you to log each set as you go. The same routine is there for your next visit to the gym.
A voice workout log
Say the exercise, weight and reps, and SetSay adds the set to your log. Check your previous lift before the next set, then look back at your session when you’re done. Everything you recorded is there when you need it.

Tap the microphone and say, “Deadlift 100 for 8.” A card appears in the chat with the exercise, weight and reps. For the next set, just say, “Now 110 for 6.” SetSay remembers which exercise you’re doing.
If the gym is loud or you’d rather not speak, type the same words. Log one set or several at once. Check the result, and if the weight or reps aren’t right, open the entry and correct it.
Check what you lifted last time before you start an exercise. SetSay shows your latest and best sets, so you don’t have to remember the numbers or dig through your notes.
Choose an exercise in Stats to see how your results have changed. View personal records, training volume over 7, 30 or 90 days, and volume by muscle group. If you want to work with your full history, export your entries to CSV and open them in a spreadsheet.

Ask AI to review a session or recent weeks using your saved entries. The review can help you reflect on changes in your training load, but it may make mistakes. It is not a substitute for a coach and does not provide medical advice.
